amazing experience, felt so welcome!

prime location free mini-bar convenient snack

the location is great, close to the subway and within walking distance of many attractions. the free mini-bar was restocked daily with drinks. i loved the snacks and non-alcoholic drinks available in the lobby from 2pm to 2am. these were definitely a plus, and so convenient.

the room i stayed in was on the smaller side, but it had all the necessary amenities.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They made check-in and check-out quick. i could leave my luggage before check-in and after check-out which really helped. they spoke several languages.

The hotel's location is central. Many cafes and restaurants are nearby, and a bus stop is very close. reaching attractions such as the louvre is very easy. the neighborhood safe area.

this accommodation has a free minibar with some beverages. the hotel offers free soft drinks and snacks in the lobby, its very charming. all the staff were nice, helpful. professional. location is great, close to many places and the metro.

the room i stayed at felt very small. the free open bar only has soda, water, and juice. this made the offer less appealing. i thought it could include more options.

the location proved quite convenient, about 20 minutes from the louvre. complimentary non-alcoholic drinks were provided, which i thought was a nice touch. the room was clean, that was appreciated. i found the staff generally kind and professional.

the room was quite hot throughout the night, something i noticed. the hotel seemed to have turned off the ac after summer, i was told. the tv offered only french channels, though i was initially told english was available. i found this a bit limiting.

convenient location decent variety heavy luggage poor treatment

the location was very convenient with many cafes nearby! bus access was EASY, right by the hotel. breakfast was quite good with a decent variety. the mattress and bed linen felt top class.

the electricity went out on my last day, it WAS a struggle to carry heavy luggage down. the staff's client treatment seemed POOR, and they often responded negatively.

kinda average, really

hot safe french tv

the safe was a joke, it sat right on the fridge, and got super hot. i worried my stuff inside was gonna melt or something. also, the tv only worked in french. i mean, seriously?
