this accommodation has a free minibar with some beverages. the hotel offers free soft drinks and snacks in the lobby, its very charming. all the staff were nice, helpful. professional. location is great, close to many places and the metro.

the room i stayed at felt very small. the free open bar only has soda, water, and juice. this made the offer less appealing. i thought it could include more options.

the location proved quite convenient, about 20 minutes from the louvre. complimentary non-alcoholic drinks were provided, which i thought was a nice touch. the room was clean, that was appreciated. i found the staff generally kind and professional.

the room was quite hot throughout the night, something i noticed. the hotel seemed to have turned off the ac after summer, i was told. the tv offered only french channels, though i was initially told english was available. i found this a bit limiting.

the location was very convenient with many cafes nearby! bus access was EASY, right by the hotel. breakfast was quite good with a decent variety. the mattress and bed linen felt top class.

the electricity went out on my last day, it WAS a struggle to carry heavy luggage down. the staff's client treatment seemed POOR, and they often responded negatively.

the safe was a joke, it sat right on the fridge, and got super hot. i worried my stuff inside was gonna melt or something. also, the tv only worked in french. i mean, seriously?
